Shipping Policy
USA Customers
Orders shipping within the United States are not subject to international customs duties or fees.
International Customers
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included at checkout. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery if applicable.
- Every country has its own rules for import duties and taxes.
- These fees are not collected or controlled by REZI at checkout.
- We are not responsible for customs delays, charges, or refusals.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim:
- We will contact you via the email or phone number provided.
- You may have the package re-shipped to the correct address.
- Any re-shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
- We are not liable for shipping errors caused by incorrect info entered at checkout.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- During launches, restocks, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
- If lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- For added protection, we recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout.
Received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@reziactive.com with your order number and a photo of the package and item received.
- We’ll review and confirm the error as quickly as possible.
- Once verified, we’ll send you the correct item at no additional cost.
- If the original item needs to be returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Please do not send any items back without first contacting our team, as this may delay your replacement.
Return policy
Please note: For hygiene reasons, intimates, Micro Shorts are final sale and cannot be returned.
Limited Edition items are final sale and cannot be returned. We recommend double-checking sizing and product details before placing your order.
- Returns and exchanges accepted for up to 30 days from the order date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
- A $7.79 return fee is automatically deducted for USA orders from the refund total.
- Once the item has been delivered to us, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.
- Refunds will take 2-7 business days (depending on your bank) to return to your original payment method.

We offer free exchanges!
REZI covers the return shipping fee for USA orders.
- Due to frequent sellouts, please email us as soon as possible at contact@reziactive.com to confirm if your item is eligible for exchange.
- Most limited edition items cannot be exchanged.
- If your requested item is in stock, we’ll process your exchange once your original item is received and inspected.
