Shipping/duty fees


🌎 International customers:

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, if applicable.

-Every country has its own rules for import duties and taxes.


-These fees are not collected or controlled by us at checkout.

-We are not responsible for any customs delays, charges, or refusals.

 

🇺🇸 USA Orders:


Orders shipping within the United States are not subject to international customs duties or fees.

-If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order to understand what fees may apply.

 

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages


-Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim, here's what happens:

 

-We will contact you via the email or phone number provided.

-You will have the option to have the package re-shipped to the correct address.

-However, any additional shipping fees incurred for re-sending the package are the customer's responsibility.

-We are not liable for shipping errors due to incorrect information entered at checkout.

 

Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During launches/restocks and or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages


-Once your order has shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

 

-If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

-If you'd like added protection, I highly suggest using Route, as an added form of protection for your package
